How to Say “Sure” in Chinese?
#1 Sure (确定, què dìng)
- I’m sure (Wǒ quèdìng, 我确定)
- I’m sure it’s this password (Wǒ quèdìng shì zhè ge mìmǎ, 我确定是这个密码)
- I’m not sure (wǒ bú quèdìng, 我不确定)
- I’m not sure if this news is real or not (Wǒ bú quèdìng zhè ge xīnwén shì bu shì zhēn de, 我不确定这个新闻是不是真的)
- Are you sure? You really won’t come? (Nǐ quèdìng ma? Nǐ zhēnde bù lái, 你确定吗?你真的不来)
#2 Sure (dāng rán, 当然)
Q: Would you like to join us? (Nǐ yào jiārù wǒmen ma, 你要加入我们吗)
A: Sure! (Dāngrán, 当然)
Q: Are you coming tomorrow? (Míngtiān nǐ lái ma, 明天你来吗)
A: Sure! (Dāngrán, 当然)
#3 Sure (Méi wèntí, 没问题)
Q: Would you like to join us? (Nǐ yào jiārù wǒmen ma, 你要加入我们吗)
B: Sure! (Méi wèntí, 没问题)
Q: Are you coming tomorrow? (Míngtiān nǐ lái ma, 明天你来吗)
